Preparation for your Wedding Day: • 1-hour onboarding phone meeting • Provide vendor list recommendations. • 30-day phone consultation meeting • Review all vendor contracts. • Ensure rental and catering counts are accurate. • Review transportation logistics for guests and bridal party. • Review final details with all vendors and venue. • Create wedding day timeline and contingency plan. • Review floor plans for wedding day from venue or client. • Provide packing list for wedding day to couple. On Wedding Day: • 8 hours on the day of event • (1) Event Coordinator present • Event executed according to timeline, ensuring all vendors are accounted for. • Coordination with venue staff. • Oversee timeline of vendor set up. • Manage the details and décor. • Direct ceremony and/ or reception agenda to ensure activities remain on schedule (as defined at 30-day meeting) • Guest and vendor management throughout the event day • Ceremony coordination • Distribution of gratuity to all vendors • Assistance with send-off (if event is within 8 hours) • Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client (if event is within 8 hours) ** Phone calls are available outside of the normal time slots at $100/hr.**
