The vision for Enchanted Ranch began in August 2017: to create a truly one-of-a-kind Hill Country venue in the San Marcos area that blends rustic Texas charm with

modern convenience.

Feel safe in the knowledge your day will be in the hands of our experienced team. Since hosting our first event on May 4, 2019, we’ve hosted over 600 special occasions of every kind.

Our versatile venue accommodates up to 275 guests, making it the perfect setting for weddings. Couples especially love our seamless indoor/outdoor flow, our signature cocktails, and all-inclusive packages - giving you so much choice on how to style your day.

Choose from multiple picturesque locations for your ceremony. The serene pond is a perennial favorite, while the gazebo offers a distinct style and ambiance. Alternatively, the spacious pergola provides a grand, covered patio experience for you and your guests.

The reception

Celebrate in style at the best party venue in town. From a well-equipped bar with the capacity for six bartenders, to professional audio and lighting, your event will radiate an electrifying party atmosphere that your guests will remember for years to come.

Getting ready

Indulge in comfort with our large and beautiful changing areas. The groomsmen can revel in a sophisticated man cave experience, while the spacious changing area for the ladies accommodates up to five people getting their hair and makeup done simultaneously.

How long can I rent the venue?

We want to make sure that the venue is cleaned and ready for your event and guestsso starting time can be as early as 12:00pm. You can add hours before 12:00pm for a fee. For Fridays and Saturdaysrental is up to 11:59pm. Sunday through Thursday rental is up to 11:00pm.

Can we use our own vendors?

Many vendors can be your own vendors like catering, cakes, and photography, etc. The exception would be drinks and alcohol. Enchanted Ranch has a license to sell mixed beverages so all drinks and bartending come through Enchanted Ranch. We also offer special package pricing if you use our DJ and/or event coordination.

Can we bring a food truck?

Yes. We have plenty of space for a food truck as well as a great space to have an outdoor BBQ going. We have had many events where they barbecued the meals right on site.

Do I need to set up and tear down?

No. We will do that for you based on your designed floor plan. The final floor plan is due (3) days before the event. We will also take care of putting away all chairs and tables as well! Each vendor is responsible to clean up and tear down what they bring to the party.

Are there any fees and what does it take to reserve my date?

There are no hidden or “gotcha fees” with Enchanted Ranch. We do hold a credit card on file for incidental damages up to $1500. To reserve your date is only $1500 that is applied towards your total invoice.

Is an event coordinator required?

No. However it is highly recommended. We offer in-house coordination that is familiar with our property and is extremely affordable and highly recommended.

What is the refund policy?

The initial reservation fee or deposit is non-refundable. We use that to hold your date just for you and nobody else. The total amount is due no later than (30) days before your event.
