This checklist is to be used by the PM staff person to make sure that everything is ready to go. It is important to make sure that each vendor does a final cleanup for their part in the event.

Complete this checklist as you finish each item and then send when you have completed it. This will be sent just before your leave.

    This is the date of the actual event.

  • This is a required field. This is where you would add anything the we should know about. Things that need to get fixed, emergencies, changes, anything to improve our events.
