ITEMS TO COMPLETERestroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and mirrors. Check all fixtures and ceilings and make sure everything is in perfect working order.Suite Cleaning: Sweep and mop floors. Wipe down all surfaces, including tables, chairs, and refrigerator. Empty trash bins. Make sure that everything is in working order.Check for weeds in all front beds including circle fountain, monument, front, and rocks at entrance.Cut the shoots at the base of all crape myrtles (front only)Weed spray weeds in drive, circle, sidewalks, and flagstoneTrim Bushes and trees and plants in front beds only (as needed)Ensure Trash Is picked up off propertyWater grass and flower beds as needed.
