Check all fixtures and ceilings and make sure everything is in perfect working order. Suite Cleaning: Sweep and mop floors. Wipe down all surfaces, including tables, chairs, and refrigerator. Empty trash bins. Make sure that everything is in working order. Check for weeds in all front beds including circle fountain, monument, front, and rocks at entrance. Cut the shoots at the base of all crape myrtles (front only) Weed spray weeds in drive, circle, sidewalks, and flagstone Trim Bushes and trees and plants in front beds only (as needed) Ensure Trash Is picked up off property Water grass and flower beds as needed. Insure that all drips in front beds are working properly. Organize shed Pressure Wash the Plaza Sweep & Scrub floors with machine. Also sweep media storage floor Clean bar Clean window jams and window sills Clean finger/ hand prints off windows Clean and straighten up catering area Make sure that all doors and windows work properly Comments*This is a required field.
